This is a pair of matching vintage Chinese marble stone name stamps

This small chest measures approximately 28" tall by 30" wide by 16" deep

with the exception of a very few scuffs and dents

Recently acquired by from a local collector who lived and traveled all over Asia in the 1960's picking up treasures along the way. It is hand thrown and all hand painted in the classic cobalt underglaze. Decorated in a peony flower motif. The repeating ancient Chinese meander or "Greek fret" encircles the top of the jar and edge of the lid. The foot and mouth
